SMUving into an incomplete shell!

Pardon the poor picture quality, but as I and Zhihong headed down SMU's long passageway, what struck us the most was the sheer untidiness of all the fixtures. The ground was covered in a sheen of dust and the walls were devoid of any decor, contributing to the overall unfinished feel of the place.
